Introduction Our self catering accommodation is a three bedroom converted barn in a quiet location close to the main farmhouse. The following is a statement summarising our provision. Arrival ? We are approached by a tarmac drive well signposted from the road. ? Parking available right outside entrance, chippings on ground. ? We are here to meet and greet you and show you around. ? Assistance available with luggage if required. Main entrance ? Entry to the property via a step measuring 80mm in height with a second small step of 40mm. ? Front door is single leaf and 740mm in width. Ground floor ? Open plan 26ft lounge/diner. ? Cloakroom, toilet and wash hand basin. ? Well equipped kitchen. ? Hard wired smoke alarms throughout. Lounge/diner ? Three piece suite, firm back and neck support. ? Dining table has chairs with firm back support. ? Digital wide screen television, remote control with teletext and subtitles available. ? Midi hi fi, radio, cassette and cd player with remote control. ? Power points are from 500mm to 600mm in height. ? Light switches are from 1000mm to 1200mm in height.
Kitchen ? Table with chairs with firm back support. ? Power points are from 360mm (under sink unit) to 1140mm in height, accessible over units. ? Freestanding cooker with ceramic hob, 900mm in height, main oven height 480mm, top oven/grill 780mm in height, controls 880mm in height. ? Fridge freezer 1450mm in height, freezer on bottom, height of 660mm, fridge on top, lowest shelf height of 860mm. ? Front loading washing machine. ? Fire blanket and extinguisher provided. First floor ? Staircase to first floor consists of 11 stairs, turn to the right on 7th stair. ? Hand rail for support. ? Stairs have a depth of 250mm, height of 210mm and width of 780mm. ? Room doors are not less than 700mm in width and contrast in colour to their surround. Bedrooms ? Three ensuite bedrooms. ? One family room consisting of double and single bed, a further bed can be added if required. Ensuite bathroom with shower over, bath has a height of 540mm, hand rails inside. ? One double with ensuite bathroom, bath has a height of 540mm, hand rails inside. ? One double with ensuite shower room, shower has a step of 270mm, sliding doors. ?
